HST ZE-30 (Wrapping Machine)
Short Description
The ZE 30 is a state-of-the-art full-wrapping machine with rotating folding and sealing system. It is suitable for processing very thin PP films. Production speed of up to 200 wraps per minute can be realized.
The machine has a start / stop function (automatic restart), which stops the machine when the product feeding supply is too low and restarts it automatically when the feeding supply is sufficient.
The film reel change can be carried out within a very short time with the help of a "film splicing device".
Due to the robust balcony construction, the central drive system for all movements and due to the permanent oil bath lubrication the gear runs very soft, trouble-free and maintenance-free.
The machine can be optionally equipped with a
