HST KA-20 (Carton Erector)
Function
The carton erector KA-20 folds and glues pre-cut cardboard blanks into boxes.
The speed can be up to 40 cartons/minute, depending on the box size. The machine has a start/stop function (automatic restart), which stops automatically when the number of boxes on the feeding conveyor is sufficient and restarts when supply of cartons is needed.
A touch display and a cam controller for monitoring the individual movements and the hotmelt application round off the machine.
Due to the robust design and the use of mechanical drives, the machine operates very quietly and with very little interference and promises a long service life.
Box Format
The machine can be equipped with several format sets. The changeover time for trained technicians is less than 15 minutes.
