HST ST-10 (Box Stacker)
Function
The ST-10 stacker gathers and collects boxes into stacks to support manual packing in the final packaging area. The speed can be up to 40 boxes/minute.
Boxes sorted out from the conveyor belt are discharged into the device. They are pushed upwards into a chute funnel, forming stacks with the desired number of boxes. Completed stacks are pushed out so gently that the boxes do not tumble. They can easily be removed by hand and conveniently placed in the outer carton.
The equipment allows for maximum autonomy time, allowing staff members to operate multiple channels without stress.
Due to the robust design and the use of mechanical drives, the machine operates very quietly and with very little interference and promises a long service life.
Box Format
The machine can be used for boxes up to 160 mm length.
